$1.50 service fee has been removed

I wanted to say thanks to all of our loyal customers who took the time to provide constructive feedback on the new PhotoReflect features that were introduced just over a week ago. One new feature that got a lot of attention was our decision to begin adding a service fee of $1.50 per order that was paid by customers when placing an order from your storefront. We implemented this new feature on October 1st and it created a lot of discussion. Many of you passionately shared with us your feedback and provided very good commentary about how you viewed the fee and its implementation. It is because you have reached out to me and others and it is our mission to take your concerns to heart that we have decided to take action.

Based upon your feedback, we have decided to remove the $1.50 fee, altogether, effective Sunday evening (10/4) at midnight. Any customers that were charged and paid the fee since October 1st will be credited immediately.

As I stated is a message last week, it is also part of our mission to ensure that you take advantage of the new features and functionalities in the latest release of PhotoReflect. These significant strides have been made for you. For example, if you have not already done so, set up your prices for your personalized gift items and greeting cards. An early analysis shows that storefronts that have begun selling these new items have seen an average increase of over $9 per order in less than 2 weeks. That is amazing and represents our goals exactly: to help you grow your business by listening to you and by giving you the technology you need to succeed. Wow! I am so happy you have reconsidered this. Keep up the responsiveness! I have always sort of felt like you didn't care what I thought - well that feeling has changed.

Very glad to see this go away, I referenced it in one of my numerous emails to your support staff over the last week when trying to get assistance with the promotional code creation not working. Although I can't get any assistance or response from the support team, it's good to see at least this issue was resolved quickly.
